When it comes to family law, there is no template or one-size-fits-all solution. We empathize with you and understand that tackling your family matter can be a stressful and complicated endeavor — an adverse and challenging undertaking for everybody involved. Because there is often a high degree of complexity and emotional investment in family matters, we focus on making the legal process as brief and productive as possible.

Jacobsen Orr’s attorneys are experienced in all facets of the divorce process, guiding clients on the issues of legal custody, physical custody, parenting and visitation matters, child support and related financial issues for children, property division (inclusive of premarital and non-marital issues), alimony and attorney fees. Our attorneys handle these matters throughout Greater Nebraska. Regardless of whether your matter involves a marriage of short duration with limited issues, or one of long duration with expansive issues, the goal is always the same: to minimize the financial and emotional impact of the matter while at the same time achieving the best possible outcome given the facts of your case.

Whether it’s helping to mediate a dispute or setting a sound foundation for your family’s future, Jacobsen Orr will help you and your family come to a solution.
