JACOBSEN ORR GROWS TO 13 ATTORNEYS

(Kearney, NE; June 2025) — Jacobsen, Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook, P.C., L.L.O., of Kearney, Nebraska, is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Austin C. Printz.

Austin and his family recently relocated to the Kearney area from Omaha, where he was an attorney for USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB. Austin graduated from the University of South Dakota, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degrees. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Austin served as a police officer for two years in Vermillion, South Dakota before attending law school. During law school, Austin competed on the national mock trial team, interned in Rapid City, South Dakota at the Public Defender’s office and at a private practice firm.

After law school, Austin was commissioned as a military officer and joined the Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, where he was stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas. During his active-duty JAG career, Austin represented the United States in court-martial proceedings, deployed to the Middle East, and defended Airmen in court-martial proceedings. After leaving active duty, Austin joined USSTRATCOM as a civilian attorney, where he advised the four-star general on areas of ethics and labor law. Austin is also a member of the Nebraska Air National Guard, where he currently serves as the State Area Defense Counsel, representing Guard members.

Austin practices primarily in general criminal and civil law. He has participated in both state and federal trial throughout the country, including Texas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Massachusetts. Austin is licensed to practice in Nebraska and South Dakota.

Office Closed

Our office will be closed Thursday, January 4 and Friday, January 5 so we can move into our new office.  We will reopen on Monday, January 8 at our new location located at 5408 Global Drive in Kearney.
