Jacobsen, Orr, Lindstrom & Holbrook, P.C., L.L.O., of Kearney is pleased to announce that Shareholder Dan Lindstrom was the attorney presenter at the Farm Journal Legacy Project Workshop held in Lexington on July 7, 2015.  Lindstrom’s presentation focused on the importance of planning for the succession of ownership of important farming and ranching assets, and how to recognize and avoid succession issues that sometimes result in family fights and litigation.  In addition to his hour-long presentation, he was part of a panel discussion and question and answer session with other presenters in the day-long program.
